What works best depends on your sleeping habits, lifestyle, and schedule. Tips for Building Your Morning Routine 

When building your morning routine, don’t pressure yourself to add a ton of new habits all at once. Start small and build gradually: 

  • Add one habit at a time: For example, begin with a simple two-minute stretch tomorrow morning. After a week, you might extend it to ten minutes. Once that feels natural, you can add something else, like journaling.
